Hello,

I'm Claire and I moved back to Cumbria in 2009, having lived, worked and travelled in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia for over 14 years. 

With a background in branding and public relations, I have an eye for detail and a creative bent. In 2015 I began my formal training at Kendal College, having practiced photography for many years.

My passion for telling unique stories inspires me each day. Connecting with people, putting children at ease, capturing a laugh, a tear - these emotional responses create photographic memories which will not only help you to remember your special day but how you felt too.

I shoot with candid and classical in mind. I love early mornings, late afternoon and evenings to capture the best light. My studio editing style reflects and enhances this, focusing on beautifully developed natural colours, and classic black and whites.

I'm a member of the Society of Professional Photographers, continually working on my professional development, believing there is always something new to learn. I like to shoot with prime lenses, enter awards and generally love every minute of my photography career.

Each year my partner and I head out to New Zealand where we enjoy the sunshine, catching up with friends and family, taking photographs and returning with a kiwi accent!
