Brand Photographer Cumbria

Empowering good brands to tell great stories

While I am a photographer, my journey to empower good brands and tell great visual and written stories started over 20 years, in New Zealand and in PR.
 
I worked for The Body Shop when Anita Roderick was still at the helm. Meeting Anita was awe-inspiring, while the work cemented my drive to encourage business to be a force for good and to advocate for gender equality and to empower women and girls.
 
Over the years I have created and pitched stories for the third-sector, economic development and commercial entities. I am now a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chart.PR with the Chartered Institute of PR. 
 
In 2020 I launched The Marketing Power Hour, coaching and strategy for business owners and directors who want to market and communicate with integrity and purpose. In 2021 Empowering Charities will be launched, a CIC to support charities with their branding, communications and fundraising - our focus will be sustainable development goal five - gender equality and empowering women and girls.
